Biathlon returns to the heart of Munich
Ecoaims is returning to Munich Olympic Park for LOOP ONE Festival from 16-18 October 2026, with the competition programme taking place across Saturday 17 and Sunday 18 October.
For its expanded second edition, LOOP ONE brings two days of world-class biathlon to Munich, including women’s and men’s Para Biathlon competitions and qualification races and finals for .22cal biathlon.
One festival, two tasks
Experience electronic biathlon
Ecoaims supplies electronic biathlon rifles for the Biathlon for All area, where visitors can experience the concentration and excitement behind every shot.
Equipment and live results
Ecoaims supplies equipment for the Para Biathlon competition range and operates the live result system throughout the competitions.
The same Ecoaims electronic rifle technology connects the public Biathlon for All activity area with elite Para Biathlon competition.
Ecoaims personnel will work across both areas alongside local biathlon clubs and the IBU, supporting Biathlon for All activities and operating the competition range.
More ways to experience biathlon
Beyond the competition programme, LOOP ONE offers activities and entertainment for children, families and biathlon fans, including opportunities to meet athletes and biathlon legends and try the sport through Biathlon for All.
Access to the festival area and course is free. Grandstand seating and the standing area at the shooting range are ticketed for visitors who want a dedicated view of the competition.

The competition range as one connected service.
Targets, cabling, power, connectivity, live data, operators and technical support all work together. Ecoaims prepares the competition workflow, tests the system before the event and verifies it on site before competition begins.
For organisers, this means one team to discuss equipment, operation and results. For athletes and coaches, it means clear and reliable information from every heat and competition.
