Terms and conditions
These terms and conditions apply to the use of website in ecoaims.com domain. If you want to use this website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, you must refrain from (in other words, stop) using this website.
All products in this website are sold by Eko-Aims Oy with business ID (Business Identity Code) 1104183-6.
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time. Amendments will be effective immediately upon notification on www.ecoaims.com and www.biathlonshop.fi website. Your continued use of this website following such notification will represent an agreement by you to be bound by the terms and conditions, as amended.
Any order placed on www.ecoaims.com and www.biathlonshop.fi will be automatically confirmed by email including all costs (product costs, delivery costs), list of all products ordered and customer information.
We reserve the right to accept or reject your order for any reason, including, without limitation, the unavailability of any products, an error in the price or the description of goods, or an error in your order.
Prices of products and delivery and other charges displayed on www.ecoaims.com and www.biathlonshop.fi website are current at the time of issue, but may change at any time and are subject to availability. All prices displayed include 24% finnish VAT by default. If the customer is registered and logged onto the webstore as a resident of a non-EU country, prices will be displayed without VAT.
In addition to the price payable, you are responsible for any other taxes, duties or other liabilities imposed by any governmental agency, including without limitation, any customs duty, goods and services taxes or any value added tax imposed on any products acquired or ordered by you from www.ecoaims.com and www.biathlonshop.fi website.
Payment by bank
Checkout Finland Oy (2196606-6) transmits the payment to the merchant. You have access to all the Finnish banks' payment buttons, which means you can pay with Nordea, OP Bank, Säästöpankki, POP bank, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, S-Bank, the Bank of Åland and LähiTapiola Bank. The payers account statement will show Checkout Finland Oy as the receiver of the payment. The payment will be transferred to the merchant by Checkout Finland Oy.
Payment by credit card
Payments by Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, and Debit MasterCard cards are available. Card payments are made safe by Nets SSL-secured payment method. The web shop or Checkout Finland Oy have no access to your card information. No card information is stored in our systems. Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode verification are enabled if active on your card.
This shop uses services provided by Checkout Finland Oy (2196606-6) for card payments. The web shop works as a marketer of products and services, as well as a supplier of products to the customer. The web shop is responsible for the statutory trade-related and self-determined obligations. With credit card payments, the trade is between the client and Checkout Finland Oy. Checkout Finland Oy is responsible for the obligations and claims related to card payments. Checkout is shown on the payers card invoice and transmits funds paid by the customer directly to the merchant.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept payments by cheque.
Orders within Finland are delivered by Finnish Post, shipments to other countries via UPS Express Saver. Time for delivery is an estimate only and we shall not be liable to you or to any other person for any loss or damage as a result or consequence of any failure to deliver or delay in delivery. You shall not be relieved of any obligation to accept or pay for products by reason of any delay in delivery. If you request us to deliver purchased products directly to another person, that person takes possession of the products for you as your agent, but you remain directly responsible under these terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to deliver different products ordered in the same time separately.
Inability to deliver due to purchaser
If, due to any act, omission or default by you, we are unable to deliver any products to you at the time that the products are due to be delivered, you agree to reimburse us for all reasonable costs incurred for storing, securing and insuring the products until such time as the products are delivered or re-delivered to you.
All costs under the above clause will be calculated for the period commencing on the date on which any products would have been delivered but for your act, omission or default, and finishing on the date on which the products are subsequently delivered or re-delivered.
Cancellation of orders
If we are or may be unable to deliver within a reasonable time or at all, the order may be cancelled. In the event of cancellation you shall have no claim against us for any damage, loss, cost or expense whatsoever.
Exchange and return policy
DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES SEND THE PRODUCTS BACK TO US WITHOUT NOTICE. In accordance with Finland’s Consumer Protection Act the consumer has the right to return or exchange the products purchased by distance selling within 14 days. If the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it or exchange it to another product within 14 days. If the product is returned in original packaging and in a resalable condition (ie. unused), we will replace the product or refund you the purchase price at our discretion.
If the product is not returned in original packaging and/or not in a resalable condition (ie not worn), it is at our discretion as to whether the product will be replaced/refunded or returned to you without replacement.
Refunding is made to the bank account given by you. If you want to exchange the product, new product is being shipped after we have received the one you want to exchange. We do not accept items for return or exchange after 14 days from the delivery.
You must notify us in advance about the customer return or exchange either by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org or by using the contact form. Please provide a short description of the fault or problem with product(s), attach your name, address, phone number, bank account information (if needed) and a copy of the order confirmation / shipment list (if needed). It is important that you ask for a receipt of the return shipment from your local post office or courier.
We will not be held responsible for damage caused to product by misuse or poor care.
If you are returning products, please ensure it’s clearly marked on the customs declaration that the products contained in the package are “Returns” to the seller to prevent the package incurring customs charges. If the products are not marked as “Returns” and Eko-Aims Oy incurs a customs charge, we may refuse to accept delivery of the products unless the cost is met by you.
Please check the condition of the products you have ordered as soon as they arrive. Do not hesitate to immediately report us in case of incorrect, missing or dagamed product. Do this by email at email@example.com. In case of defected product the responsibility of Eko-Aims Oy is limited to the purchase price paid for the product.

Risk in the products and all insurance responsibility for theft, damage or otherwise in respect of the products will pass to you upon presentation of the products for delivery at the premises of Eko-Aims Oy supplying the products.
